During the exercise, a simulated fire scenario was staged, mimicking an accidental ignition during material processing. As smoke began to rise, the on-site inspector promptly triggered the fire alarm, and the broadcasting system immediately issued evacuation instructions.
All employees stopped work at once, covered their noses and mouths with wet towels, and followed the marked escape routes in an orderly and low posture toward the outdoor assembly point. Meanwhile, the emergency response team took quick action — aiming fire extinguishers at the base of the flames and successfully putting out the “fire.”
After the drill, the safety officer conducted an on-site demonstration of various fire extinguishers, explaining the appropriate types and usage methods. This hands-on approach reinforced the concept that “early detection and prompt initial response” are key to minimizing fire risks.

The incident was reported to the workshop supervisor, and first-aid procedures were performed to treat the “injured” employee.

After the exercise, the electrical maintenance team conducted a full inspection of workshop circuits and grounding systems, followed by a “Safe Use of Electricity” training session. Employees practiced CPR techniques and learned the four essential steps of electrical first aid as well as routine inspection points for power tools and wiring.
