Yutian, China — September 6, 2025.
As dawn broke, the SUNDAY CAMPERS team loaded up tools and equipment and set out on a two-hour journey from the city to the rugged hills of Yutian. There were no meeting rooms or whiteboards waiting—only open skies, rocky terrain, and the promise of a day dedicated to hands-on learning. Here, in nature’s own classroom, a professional rooftop tent training session began—driven by teamwork, practice, and sweat.
🛠 Building from the Ground Up: Setting the Stage for Learning
Upon arrival, the first challenge was to create a training site from scratch. The uneven ground was covered with tall weeds and scattered stones. Without hesitation, team members grabbed hoes and shovels, clearing debris and leveling the surface under the rising morning sun.
As temperatures climbed, shirts clung with sweat and foreheads glistened, yet the team pressed on with full focus. After more than an hour of hard work, the area was transformed into a flat, open space ready for the day’s activities. Vehicles were then positioned and adjusted repeatedly to ensure a neat layout that would facilitate product demonstrations. Through this early effort, the team laid a solid foundation—literally—for a productive day of training.
⛺ Technical Training: Understanding the Craft Behind Every Rooftop Tent
The heart of the day was led by SUNDAY CAMPERS’ production and technical experts, who provided in-depth demonstrations focused on rooftop tents, mounting ladders, and related accessories.
Engineers knelt beside the products, explaining the materials, frame structure, opening and closing mechanisms, and key design elements that ensure durability and user safety. Production specialists showcased ladder installation procedures, weight-bearing capacity, and essential safety precautions.
Despite the intense sunlight, participants remained highly engaged—observing closely, taking notes, and practicing movements along with the instructors. Beads of sweat rolled down their faces, but concentration never wavered. Every step, every explanation was absorbed with the goal of mastering both product knowledge and customer confidence.
💪 Hands-On Practice: From Knowledge to Mastery
After theory came practice. Divided into pairs, sales and service personnel began assembling and disassembling rooftop tents and ladders.
From unfolding the tent and locking the support frames, to adjusting ladder positions and ensuring secure fittings—each step required precision, coordination, and strength. Some participants repeated steps multiple times to perfect their technique; hands turned red from friction, but determination remained unshaken.
Over the course of three hours, through repeated exercises and teamwork, participants transformed theory into real operational skill—ready to communicate product advantages and usage know-how to global customers with confidence.

🧩 Teamwork Challenge: Communication Makes the Difference
To close the day’s physical training, a creative team exercise was introduced—a silent puzzle challenge.
In the first round, participants were forbidden to speak. Each group struggled to coordinate, relying only on intuition and gestures. Progress was slow, pieces were misplaced, and frustration grew. But in the second round, when communication was allowed, everything changed. Clear discussion, role assignments, and quick coordination brought structure and speed.
Through laughter and realization, everyone saw how communication and teamwork directly influence efficiency—an insight just as valuable in daily work as it was in the hills that day.

🌄 Reflection and Innovation Over Campfire Conversations
As the sun set behind the mountains, the group gathered around portable stoves for a shared outdoor dinner. In this relaxed setting, discussions turned back to the day’s lessons and product feedback.
Participants shared practical insights, such as adding easy-lift latches to simplify tent setup or upgrading non-slip ladder pads for better safety and stability. Each suggestion came from real, first-hand experience—a testament to how deep engagement leads to meaningful product improvement.
🏕 From the Field to the Future
From clearing rugged ground to perfecting every rooftop tent setup, the Yutian training was more than a corporate exercise—it was a living example of SUNDAY CAMPERS’ philosophy: learn through practice, grow through effort.
Every drop of sweat, every repeated motion represented our pursuit of professional excellence.
Moving forward, SUNDAY CAMPERS will continue to transform these learnings into action—enhancing technical expertise, deepening product knowledge, and delivering rooftop tents that help outdoor adventurers around the world explore freely, rest comfortably, and camp with confidence.
